Boating License (Required by Florida Law) All operators born on or after January 1, 1988, must complete an approved online boating safety course to meet Florida boating requirements before arrival (valid for 90 days). Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in (a passport is accepted for international guests). Must be 21+ to rent. Ages 14+ may ride with a parent or guardian (consent required). Valid photo ID and a temporary boating license are necessary to operate the jet ski. Up to 2 riders per jet ski are allowed, with a maximum combined weight of 400 lbs. Additionally, participants must be physically able to re-board the jet ski from the water.
